1. Service Agreement

These terms govern the provision of commercial cleaning services by Twenty Two Systems ("we", "our", or "us") to you ("client" or "you"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

All services are provided according to the specifications outlined in your service agreement or quote. Any changes to services must be agreed upon in writing.

2. Service Scope

Our commercial cleaning services include:

  • Office and workplace cleaning
  • Medical facility and childcare centre cleaning
  • Industrial and construction site cleaning
  • Retail and hospitality venue cleaning
  • End-of-lease and specialized cleaning services

Specific services, frequencies, and standards are detailed in individual service agreements.

3. Access and Security

You agree to provide reasonable access to premises during agreed service times. You are responsible for:

  • Providing keys, access codes, or security arrangements
  • Ensuring safe access to all areas requiring cleaning
  • Informing us of any security or safety requirements
  • Securing valuable items and confidential materials

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Standard terms include:

  • Invoices are issued monthly or as agreed
  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
  • Late payment may incur fees and service suspension
  • Prices may be reviewed annually with reasonable notice

5. Service Standards

We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our work:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
  • We will investigate and rectify any justified concerns
  • Re-cleaning will be provided at no additional cost if required
  • Our quality guarantee applies to all standard cleaning tasks

6. Insurance and Liability

Twenty Two Systems maintains comprehensive insurance including:

  • Public liability insurance
  • Professional indemnity insurance
  • Workers' compensation coverage

Our liability is limited to the cost of re-performing the service or the amount paid for the service, whichever is less. We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages.

7. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice:

  • 30 days' notice for ongoing service agreements
  • 24 hours' notice for individual service cancellations
  • Immediate termination for breach of contract
  • Final invoice will include all services provided up to termination date

8. Health and Safety

We comply with all relevant health and safety regulations including:

  • WorkSafe Victoria requirements
  • NHMRC guidelines for healthcare and childcare facilities
  • Safe chemical handling and storage procedures
  • COVID-19 safety protocols as applicable

You must inform us of any hazards, restricted areas, or special safety requirements.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business operations and will not disclose any confidential information obtained during the provision of services. Our staff are bound by confidentiality agreements.

10. Disputes

Any disputes will be resolved through:

  • Direct negotiation between parties
  • Mediation if required
  • Victorian courts if legal action becomes necessary

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Existing clients will be notified of any material changes with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
